While on furlough in 2020, I launched a food illustration business, initially inspired by a desire to create pasta-themed artwork for my own kitchen. The brand quickly grew to include a range of food-inspired products, which I sold through platforms such as Etsy and Thortful, as well as at local craft markets.
I managed all aspects of the business, including design, branding, marketing, and customer service. Running the business alongside returning to full-time employment in 2022, I eventually chose to close the shop to focus on new creative ventures. I'm proud of what I achieved during this period and continue to carry forward the entrepreneurial and design skills I developed.
