Visual Identity Implementation
I led the phased rollout of the University’s new visual identity across its core social media channels, developing a team specific approach that balanced brand consistency with platform constraints. This involved creating platform-specific assets and implementation guidance informed by research into best practice and competitor activity, with regular reviews to ensure continued relevance. Alongside delivery, I planned and managed the project long-term, leading tailored onboarding workshops for colleagues at all levels and running quality reviews. Through training, live demonstrations, and ongoing coaching, I enabled the Social Media team to confidently deliver accessible, on-brand content across their channels.
